HomeTown Pharmacy, founded in 1996 by second-generation pharmacists Tim and Fred Grice Jr., has always stood for personalized, community-focused care. With deep roots in independent pharmacy and a commitment to patient-first service, the brand has grown across Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio, offering a wide range of services including infusion, compounding, long-term care, and retail pharmacy.
Objective
The objective of this rebrand is to create a friendly and engaging environment so that all customers feel comfortable discussing their health needs, making it a welcoming space for everybody. By creating a physical takeaway and adding more social media, Hometown Pharmacy will gain followers from younger generations.

Rewards Card
Designing a rewards card offers a chance for customers to gain loyalty for a business, while giving an incentive to want to return. The punch card is designed so that for every 11th visit, customers will receive 25% off an In-store purchase, excluding prescriptions.
